I think most people are just being honest. Some did not sugar coat the truth either.

I've worked with some great people from India and horrible people from the USA. There are good and bad in each country.

But if you think his post was bad, then look at his profile.

The bottom line is if he wants to be treated as a professional, and taken seriously, he needs to use a better translator and more appropriate pricing.

The spelling is the main thing here, but there's another problem with submitters from a different country. Most buyers are from the USA or Europe, and some people prefer to work with those in the same country so there's the possibility of a comeback in the courts if they get scammed. So being from India is only a positive point if that's where your customers are.

Of course, for $2 that's not exactly a consideration.

I would like to hire you to submit my directory blackbusinessservices.com to search engines. However, I am located in Canada and will only pay after I have seen at least 30 sites linking back to my directory.

lol .... i pity the person! (i think) he's asking help and we're butchering the poor soul!

i wont shy away from saying when i started out i felt the same, even though my area of expertise was diffrent,
Some Indians do goof up at times, and then the basket is blamed for some rotten apples,

but at the end of the day respect and trust is an individual thing, it is something to be built upon, online or offline!

u need to respect yourself, and your country ,,, and your "English", if thats the language you wanna do business in,.. and leave the "Ezpert" english to chatting with your friends!

dont let people tell u Indians goof up, ensure after they work with you they say Indains are nice!

I've been saying this for years. Even some major manufacturers from non-English-speaking countries enclose unreadable instructions with their products. Oh, they're written in "English" all right, but it is fractured, often nonsensical English. I've thought to myself: some native-born UKers or Americans could make good money freelancing by offering to write readable copy for manufacturers and other businesses in countries where English is not the primary language.

A lot of people are upset at how cheap indians work. I would rather give my money to an American and have it flow in my American economy rather than have it go out to India never to return.

Don't get me wrong, I would work with Indian people, closely, and even would build relationships. But I still know that a whole lot of our money is going there, and chances are, all of the money-savvy prospects you are in contact with know it too - and it is dangerous. Outsourcing? Let the corporations do it - get a job at the call center - I know that I chose to chase internet money because I don't like the way the system is, I certainly wouldn't further propel us into oblivion. Again, I'll let the corporations do it.

In your case it's definitely how you present yourself.

If you are good at manually submitting websites to directories, why not ask somebody to help you write a sales thread in proper English? Right now it comes across like you're not even trying to write proper English.
