Paypal are fine...until you get a problem and 99.9% of the time they side with the buyer. My example, i sent 6 packages over the period of 6 weeks to Italy (I live in the UK)...then suddenly last week i got a chargeback on all 6 items, saying not recieved. 1 going missing, yes, 2 maybe, all 6...come on this is obviously a scam... but Paypal took the money from my account and now its gonna take weeks to chase the mail system etc and even then i doubt i will get my money back. I have not long started internet marketing and was about to use my funds to buy some domains etc now its all on hold. So my advice is...find another payment alternative because you will get caught out sooner or later and as a seller watch out. Also trying to speak to someone at paypal is hopeless, customer service is the worst i have ever come across.
Yes i did on 4 of them. My fault i know, but i have sent lots of stuff all over europe and had very little problem. My point is PAYPAL always take the side of the buyer.
No, they don't go only with buyers. They only go with the bad guys and it can be sellers or buyers... Bottom line, if you have a problem with Paypal, they will always give reason to the scammers. That's why Paypal should be the very last resort...
