why paypal not in Pakistan

    Either may be because your government which is not allowed or too much fraud.

    As i have gone through article on a blog on which they got ANS from Paypal that ur banks are not compatible with our operations .. as in my view we have international banks here then y not in our country...

    That's about the whole banking system and policy, else it will be tons of issue after launch
