    Paypal accept all indian credit cards but if you are trying to add internation debit card then no they are not accepting it.

    Maybe because you have no money on it as paypal take out £1/$1.90 and put it in your paypal account

    You can't send funds to an Indian Paypal account with your credit card if you are from India too

    Maybe your credit card is not visa, because paypal I think accept only the visa credit card.
