I have already submitted my documents 6 months ago with my paypal got limited and I have sent them documents and they have activate my account. Now they are again asking me for documents and limited my paypal. What should I do in this case?
Its not like that once you remove limitations it won't get limited again. It can happen the same day even. So, you will have to send them all documents they asked for again.
I think they just want to clarify again your identity , Why can't to resend your details to paypal mate ?
Resend it, you don't have any other choice. Did you login from a proxy or vpn lately to make a transaction?
Paypal demands documents for personal identification as well as transaction verification. Personal verification would take place only once... but transaction verification can take place... 'n' number of times depending on the nature/quality of your deals! Regards, RightMan
It does not depend on country or whatsoever its just that paypal protects your account from security risk and ask for documents if something goes wrong eg. If you open your account with proxy or 2 browsers etc it will get limited. Thats the security concerns of paypal.
You should call them and explain the situation and I think you should resubmit your documents again too
Transaction verification...that's interested. Does paypal request documents from a buyer (i presume) for certain transaction? even the buyer's account is an verified account? I wonder what kind of transaction would that be.
so you must do it again , submit another documents to your paypal account, if nothing happens just Try to call them.
Sometimes PP goes through so many documents, they just throw out something if it doesn't have EVERYTHING they need or if they even THINK it doesn't. I mean they usually process around 6-8K documents PER DAY.
