why paypal has more restriction in India

    I have a question thatwhy paypal has more restriction in India
    yesterday i got mail that e if i have balance in paypal then it will be automatically transfer to bank, why so..?

    Please let me know ...?

    Paypal has restrictions in India because Paypal has to follow what RBI and Govt of India says to continue its services in India :)

    Basically India is a corrupted country. Now RBI is trying to reduce corruption/black money by implementing some new rules and regulations. Their 'First Check' is for online earners like us (because many online earners are not paying tax/producing returns, including me :D) and then slowly they may proceed to other areas :)

    It's just because of profiteering... Every year, one or two rules updated by R.B.I. and pay pal has to follow them..
