Why PayPal can be SO USELESS sometimes...

In the freebies section a wonderful member namely chillywilly has been giving out free $0.20 per sign up on his image hosting website. A lot of people has been signing up because he also gives away bonuses for every 50th member, 100th member, 150th member and so on and so forth and the prices range around $50 which is pretty good..

So, anyway, I signed up and almost immediately received the $0.20 chillywilly has promised! He's a great guy and pays very promptly. So, to make things short, I log in to my PayPal account and check my funds.

& Oh look, here's the details of the transaction I just received:

Wow, I'm so excited to receive a net amount of $0.00! Oh thank you PayPal, you are too good to be true!

It is well stated in Pay Pal web site the fees that they charged, I don't see the "uselessness" of Pay Pal in this thread. If you are using a personal account, it is free and you get your $0.20 intact, other than that, for other membership categories, Pay Pal do charge as clearly indicated in their site.

Get a Paypal Personal account, to avoid such fees. You can have one Business and Personal account.

Small amounts i.e less than a dollar should be taken in Personal account because there is no fees involved. but if you send the business or premier account then $0.30+3.9% will be charged.
