I experienced a similar problem over the last 1 week. 3 of my withdrawals got reversed and i lost 30$ each time. When i mailed Paypal, they just sent me 0.03$ almost a week after i mailed them. When i mailed them again, this was their reply "so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. But we can only refund you the money based on the current rate exchange. We appreciate your patience and understanding." There's nothing much i can do about this. I'm sure they'll tell exact same words even if i were to call them up.
0.03 ..lol they returned me $20 out of $40 which i lost, i want to get those $20 as well, i think they will not refund it,
My Paypal also got limited 5 times this month.I dont know whats reason?I have provided all proofs and documents to Paypal. Can anbody help me?
i experienced such a problem only once. but later restored after confirming bank account. now running nicely.
