Why pay pall not work in Pakistan?

I live in Pakistan, mostly peoples of on-line money field received and pay amount using pay pall. My lots of Clint from america, united kingdom and Indian but problem is that those pay amount on pay pall and pay-pall not working in Pakistan. so what can I do?

Depending on the websites you use, many freelancer websites work with Payoneer. We have many cardholders in Pakistan. When you use Payoneer as your payment service, you receive a prepaid MasterCard and your funds are loaded onto the card. Then you can withdraw your funds through an ATM or use the card anywhere that MasterCard is accepted, online and offline.

 

Paypal is not in Pakistan because i think it doesnt meet with thier requirements

 

Thanks dear, I get a idea from your post and discuss with my friend. My future planning work on payoneer. I hope it solve my problem and i will get my payment from pay pall in Pakistan. This is not a dream.

didn't Payoneer closed their service in Pakistan, my account got close last year.
