Lots of peoples submit his site in DMOZ(Time Wasting)

First Increase Your Pagerank to 3+ or 5+ :)

Why Not DMOZ Accept My Site?

Very Simple, because DMOZ never accept same site
    like a web hosting,domain selling,etc

Fist make your site different then other site, if you have a web hosting site then add different feathers and add usefull information, it means your site is must be Very Different then other.

    My Successful Story.
In a 2008 DMOZ accept my site because i am provide lots of content and useful information in my site(PR4+) but now! dmoz Remove my site :(

Are there some website quality or other guidelines that dmoz has mentioned somewhere?

I recommend you, after reading the guidelines Jim has passed to you, browse DMOZ directory and take a look to the sites currently listed there. Build your own opinion about whether those sites listed meet the guidelines your site is supposed to meet.
