Why No Signature?

    Why can't I have a signature? I have met all of the requirements, and it still does not let me put in my signature.

    You must wait for CRON job to run. Your last post at DP before today was made Sep 30th 2009, 5:52 pm . Eligibility check is not made during your absense.
