Why no MSN Toolbar affiliate program?

    You'd think a toolbar affiliate program would be a natural for MSN. I'd put it on my sites if they paid me a $1 or so for every download/install. My sites rank better in MSN anyways. If they want search market share, no better way to get it than a toolbar.

    MSN - as a thanks for pointing this out, I will kindly accept a humble finders fee of $.01 per affiliate download.

    They don't need a toolbar. They have an entire browser. :p

    Yes but a toolbar for firefox :D Help them regain the market more would be a good idea.

    The main reason for an SE to have a toolbar is so users can search directly from the browser, bringing in more search traffic and revenue. Users usually get them to block pop ups.
