Don't RE-INSTALL (not necessary, you'll just waste your time if you do so), just upload the file style.css to server and the path will be wp-content => themes =>twentyten => style.css

Once you add it to exact location then only your blog looks properly.

Yeah! pkainulainen is right, Its all because of the missing / incorrected CSS file.

There is nothing to do with Up-gradation.

Click this link http://debtscredits.com/wp-content/themes/twentyten/style.css , you'll not find the style.css. If the file is available browser will return a page with your style information.

Something like this. Try this, you'll find stylesheet of my website.

If your not familiar on what they are trying to say. Just delete your current theme and re-upload.

Sometimes the problem is with cache plugins, do you have one? If yes then try to deactivate it first and see if the problems occur.

Sorry again, i mean i upgraded to latest wordpress.

I would say it again, that the style.css in my "twentyten" folder exists.

Wonder why its not showing up in this url http://debtscredits.com/wp-content/themes/twentyten/style.css

    Hello Powerboss,

It seems like your blog's style sheet is missing or corrupt. I would suggest you to try using a new fresh theme on your blog and let me know. I would be happy to give you suggestions to get it back up.

    warm regards
    Joshu

Powerboss, you should also check and see if the index template (template page) is linking to the css style sheet.

If the advice given before did not solve your problem and you can see that the style.css file is found from wp-content/themes/twentyten directory, there might be something wrong with file permissions. Verify that the file permissions of the stylesheet are correct.

Another theme is installed, still the same problem. Everything is fine with file permissions.

I created another database altogether and installed latest version.

I used the Web Developer toolbar's View CSS in Firefox and got the following error. Look at it closely:

    http://debtscredits.com/wp-content/themes/heatmap-adsense-theme/style.css

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <html><head>
    <title>404 Not Found</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Not Found</h1>
<p>The requested URL /home2/wallpape/public_html/zoom.php was not found on this server.</p>
    <p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p>
    </body></html>

    Code (markup):
For some odd reason, your server is not linking to your stylesheets. It is linking to some file called zoom.php.

I am suspecting that you have other software running on your server that is causing the interference.

I contacted my host and they solved the error, they did some adjustment in .htaccess, don't know what they did.

Now i see my blog work properly.

I THANK all dp members who tried to help me out.
