    Your site has over two thousands listings within Google. YOU ARE NOT BANNED. Though, you maybe have lost SERP.

    Once you understand this you may start understanding how to get back to the first page.

    The key is content, but not just content. Unique content, and content worth reading! Hire a writer that has English as a primary language and you should find your positions going back up. However, if you keep insisting that you are banned when you are not, then no one can really help you...

    This thread just goes to prove how smart Google's extensive team really is. It also goes to show that old strategies that abuse the algorithms will be caught and expelled. One major strategy that I follow is to
    a) have great, quality content
    b) KEEP CHANGING CONTENT

    By constantly changing/updating your content you are providing fresh content to your site and Google's crawlers will pick up on this. Linking with high quality sites that are RELEVANT is also very important. Sites usually only get banned if they engage in link farming or similar destructive strategies.
