Well, my website is www.torontorepair.com , before it was on the 6th page of Google. Now I am happy to see that it is on the 2nd page. I would like to know the reason --- it is beacuse the backlinks or my website? ( I don't have many backlinks ,though) Thanks!
Have you worked on getting backlinks at all? Did you SEO the content? How old is the site? EDIT: Also, what is the niche of your site? What keyword are you targeting?
Oops, I know nothing about SEO. I just followed the SEO tutorial to put my website in some forums, blogs and directories. The website is about 2months old... Keywords are 'iphone repair toronto' something like that... PS: What is niche?? Thanks!
well, you must have promoted your site enough to get to the 2nd page. either that or your keyword is not competitive for which it ranked without much efforts.
Niche is the topic you're getting. I notice that if you search toronto repair, your site is #1. Kudos on that!
If your site all brand new, means you have to Update your site regulary give it backlinks until Google trust your site. IMO is your site probably getting in the SandBox.
less competitive keyword is the answer, and your site is at 3rd page not second i just checked your site and it has 53 backlinks and the site which comes at top when we search "toronto repair" has 800 backlinks, so you have to do lot more work to get it at top. "
