Why my thread got invisiable when posted? [Fixed]

Hi, I created a new post in Web Hosting section subject was:

"[Seedbox] 50Gb,100Gb,150Gb Unmetered Rapidleech Rar/Unrar Capability"

When I tried to click Submit the new thread, I got my post. But when I close that page and open Web Hosting section now I can't find my created thread. Tried to search but failed. Where my thread gone?

I didn't tried to post again because I thought it's not get duplicated.

Any help will be highly appreciated, thanks
