why my site pages are not index, pls look

hi

when i type site:www.akshareventmanagement.com showing me all pages not indexed or not even cached, while there is total 12 - 15 pages.

guide me what can i do to index all pages ?

just patient to wait SE bot crawl your site.
did you submit your site with google, yahoo and msn webmaster tool?

 

yeah - register for google webmaster tools and then submit a sitemap (gives you instructions on what they prefer) - this should help google index your pages asap

 

I only suggest to work on on page SEO and start link building

 

do u do social bookmarkig for your site? it's very important do it soon it will catch by google

 

My opinion is do social Bookmarking like Digg, Reddit, Stumble, Current then automatically ur site will be indexed

 

Congraths your 5 pages indexed, if your want index more just follow basic steps, build sitemap.xml submit it all three major webmaster tool in google,yahoo and msn start bookmarking write proper meta you will get benefited...
