Why my site is penalised

I need a help to solve a penalty I had from Google.
Since September the 1st, my site http://ttaxi.pt is stock on the 5 for all keywords.
I can not found the problem. I think the site is according to the Google headlines and I don’t see any difference between my site and others that are similar to mine.
can any one give a solution???

If a site is penalized, then it will rank much lower. Your site needs some boost to reach higher position in SERPs.

That can be done via providing excellent content/services plus getting some quality backlinks for your site.

Definitely you got penalized. You have only 2 pages indexed.

 

you have restricted googlebot a lot in your robots txt file, but also
your main index page has

<meta name="Robots" content="index,follow" />
might have been better for your index page serp wise.

They can only display what you let them.

I just index,follow to the page, and checked the data center page rank.
On the PR data center it looks some or a lot are off.
They are off for everyone or just for my site???

I been changing here and there trying to make the site come up but is everything the same.

 

You have a penalty, you'll have to wait it out until it recovers, just keep building good content.
