    how can i use blog commenting to promote website?

    Do commenting on the do follow blogs that are related to web development. Search for the blocks on Google.

    Indexing and ranking both are different things. Web Development is very generic and so it will take time to get PR. But don’t stop SEO if you are doing. Try to get many backlinks of high PR. Also, do maximum off-page optimization with on-page.
