You cant force google to index your images but you can make sure in your robots.txt file you are not preventing googlebot from indexing any images on your site.

I also have very bad experiences with Google Image searcher. I think it has not exact hits On my company's site there are several photos and it's cached by the Google Image searcher, but if the users send the "Audited Hotel Surf Mar ****" to the Google Image searcher they can get photos about our other audited hotels So the hits are not relevant with users' request
