Why my site home page every day 2 time cache and internal page not cache?

In last 1 month my site home page is regular 2 time cache in Google.com but internal page is not cache. and that for my site keyword ranking is suddenly down. how to solve this problem?

please suggest me if you have any answer of this question.

Building links might help somewhat.
Other then that you cant do much on the crawl and cache interval, thats determined by google automatically.

Usually, giving links help too on rankings..

 

I assume you have done rarely update on it, plus you may never build deep links. I would recommend you do more frequent in content update and build deep links, a direct backlink to your inner pages to helping those certain pages and overall website gain more weights from Google perspective.

 

Home page crawl rate is fast but internal pages are crawled once in a month and depends upon your sites optimization.
