Why my site got Sandboxed ?

    Hi

    my 6 month old site got Sand Boxed ... please tell me what could be the reason

    1) Server was hacked & site was down for 4 days & up with new content

    2) Its new domain

    3) backlinks from good pr sites

    4) earlier it got ranked good for Highly competative words



    ALSO

    Will this work ?

    >> If i NOW change my title & h1 tags to some other keywords ?
    >> And creating new backlinks with other anchor text ?

    Submission in any spam site such as adult and porn site may be the great reason.

    This is sometimes always confusing me also, look at playboy.com. The keep standing in google, obviously it is a porn site
