when search the keyword on google, my site already in the first page, but why I still don't have much traffic everyday? anciously waiting for your advise...
Your site will normall show on top of google if you search for the exact name. To get visitors make sure that you have unique content and ping it whenever you make changes. You can use a tool like BlogBuzzer.com to submit it
thank you, I will try it... is it difficult to get traffic for some specified keywords, like I am doing for safety shoes?

I think the problem may be completely different. I just searched "safety shoes" and your website was not in the top 50. Double check - are you signed into Google when carrying out the test or have you accidently tagged your site within your Google settings. This can cause your website to show up on page one of your searches but no where on the searches carried out by others. Use Google sitemaps to see where your website really shows up for "safety shoes" around the world. The search term is good - 100,000+ searches per month - but is it right for your business? Maybe you should be optimising for "wholesale safety boots" as you don't actually sell over the internet. This is important because if you put in alot of hard work and get into the top 10 but your bounce rate is very high - Google will push you down the rankings again and all your hard work will have been wasted.
Are you doing regular update of your site's content because content is king and it attracts the visitors and the best way to generate traffic.
Try to get your website with the targeted keywords on the search engines to get traffic for your website
I suppose you are into B2B market.... You need to generate leads other ways... like B2B portals or manually contacting your potential clients
Well first it depends on what sites you are targeting for traffic. As I can see from your signature that you are a chinese company, most of the sites are completely banned in China then how do you target or do submission for your site in those directories ? It also depends on what type of keyword you are targeting, the way you have come up on the first page might be a long tail keyword. Is it safety shoes or safety boots ?
May be due to yours content in site... or you should add interesting content so that people love to read it... try this may be you can get few help
Ok, at the risk of being self-promotional and being flamed for that, here are some potential clues and some of my posts that explain the issue: a) You may not be aware that there is more than one Google and that you're being redirected in your search to a local Google. Check out How to get into the "other" Googles for an explanation. b) Searches in one Google are different from the other ones. Check out Your #1 in Google is worthless in the rest of the world. Though the post was about Google.com, it¡s also true for any other Google. Even if you rank #1 in one of the Googles, that does not mean you will rank #1 everywhere. c) You're possibly on the first page of a "local" Google - but as I explained in Not #1 in Google? Be Smart and Rank #1 Locally! you may be benefiting of the "local Google bias". Meaning that you score high in a local Google, yet are nowhere in the other ones, including Google.com. And if you are on the first page of, say, google.cn, how many searches do you think that you will have in China in ENGLISH? Check it out in Google keywords tool for China - perhaps it's much less than you think. d) And last but not least - are you sure you know that you will have traffic? Check out why keyword searches are not the same as actual traffic. It's a very common mistake...
This means your target keyword is not searched much. You need to start targeting other keywords that have some traffic. Alternatively, - Use social networking profiles to promote your website - Use social bookmarking websites - Promote your website on related blogs, Blog commenting and guest blogging gives you good exposure as well as good audience base.
