Why my rich snippet doesn't work ?

Hi all

Em trying to setup new meta tags for myt website, i'm creating a test page first with author friendship linking to show their avatar in search result page, my page config is passed rich snippet tools testing by google, but it's not showing up the avatar on the search result page

I think need time to Google update your change.

 

Looking at your site in the rich snippet tool it looks like there is no data showing.
