Why my Reddit profile and bookmarks not indexed by Google?

    Hello!

I have Reddit social bookmarking account. It's a good place for get dofollow links. I have more than 30 bookmarks. My profile has my blog URL as well as other sites URL. I have unchecked "don't allow search engines to index my user profile" option. This account older than 8 months. But still Google not indexed it. How do I index my bookmarks on Reddit?

    Thank!

your reddit shares must be discovered by others, then discussed. so like other social network, you need to have enough followers, or you press a very hot topic.

I don't think it's just that. Just like Crailgist, reddit developed an algorithm to spot shady accounts, and they just ghost those accounts. In order to avoid that, try to be as active as you can in the community: comment, upvote. Sharing links should be your 3rd priority there. Oh... and try to share links from various domains. Submitting links from one single domain will also get you ghosted.

You shouldn't be worried about it, if your profile is not indexed, give time so that it would be indexed naturally, for the time being move to other methods of link building.

Yes looks like they stealth banned my account. If I log-out and check my profile then reddit shows 404 error.

What is the best way to make a active account on reddit? Show I create new account and follow others, comments others to and vote others. After few months back submit links?

If you have unchecked after few month or days that's the reason Google indexed . if Google Still indexing your links so apply URL Removal request from Google webmaster tool.

I think that you're in a stealth mode. Just try to grow your network on Reddit and you will pass through their system and get noticed by G for sure. The same happened to me on Digg and that was the way I got out and pull some traffic to my sites.
