Why my pages showing not cached, indexed

    hi

    my website is http://www.akshareventmanagement.com - few days before i have got all my pages are indexed and showing decent ranking in google but currently its showing no cached, no indexed and my all ranking are gone.

    can someone pls look at and guide me what can i do.

    This is something that usually happens with newer sites you should submit
    a sitemap through google webmaster tools if you haven't done so already
    and you should build some backlinks to all the pages of your site.

    Exactly. You have to make it as easy as possible for the spiders to find all of your pages.

    sitemap is important.
    but you say your pages have been indexed,and a few days later they all disapperaed. so do you have duplicate content .because google will kill duplicate things.

    Copyscape shows quite a lot of duplicate content - maybe this is why? Also, how old is the site? do you update it regularly?
