why my page is not being cached for a long time ??

i am senior search engine optimizer and have light knowledge of ppc campaign as well..
please do something for my complication and sophistication.....

one of my websites page have not been caching for long time while i have done social bookmarking, blog posting, news posting, link exchange and other efforts for that .......

please give me any solution...

I believe you need to do what you are doing. Actually more links are needed

 

u need some changes in wemaster tool
google crowler dencity u hve to increse low to high..... so crowle it withn 2 to 3 day,

 

if you senior SEO then you should know how to reboot your website, it's simple you should build back links.

Blog name is ladiesgolfclubsforsale.com. I did all the possible ways like blog submissions, article posting, directory submissions, social bookmarking etc. but still I am not able to find the problem for caching the website. So please help me.

 

i think this is not possible you do social bookmarking, blog posting, news posting, link exchange and other off pages activities and after you don't get index its not possible. try to submit you site in digg you can get good output

 

Robots.txt is blocking ur pages????
