Previously i had a blog with custom domain and using my adsence account i applied for adsence. But it rejected. After that i moved to website and by doing this my adsence account becomes hosted one. Now I am not able to apply for adence approval as Upgrade button under my adds>other products not opening form to tell google for new website address. Please resolve this.
According to me its not an issue.first of all you should complete the threshold of 100 dollar in your account and after that you have to design the website and place the adsense codes on that website hope you will see the ads on your website in few hours.cheers!!!!!!!!
