Without knowing the site, it is difficult to comment on the reason. You might have not followed Google Adsense guidelines.
POST here your site name. I can look and suggest. Did you have tried to visit your site from same browser where you have logged in for google adsense account ?
Without knowing the URL of your website, nobody can possibly guess what might have caused the problem.
There are many reason that can be enough for disabled your account. I know some people who just click only time on their ads and their account disabled. However, there are also other terms like traffic source, placements and more....Also, I read somewhere else that they email about their mistake and Google AdSense team response them that it's ok. Don't repeat it in future.
