There's no magic: work on building the value of the domain name. What's its PR? Does it have any value beyond being 5 letters? Does "enlik" mean something in another language?

You should know that 5 letters is not yet that big a differentiator. I'm not posting these to be mean or anything, but the following 5 letter domains are all available right now:

    enlyk.com
    ynlik.com
    unlyk.com <- that's pretty interesting
    tnlik.com
    snlik.com
    bnlik.com

Work on content. Work on value.

i am having the same issues. when i list the domain names at under half the registration costs, then i can sell it. i have a few no longer needed good names that i will be lucky to get back what i paid for them.

Actually it is my very first domain name I wanted to make lots of money by selling it but after some time I get to know that its is not as easy as it seems. You can get good price but only if there is some meaning in your domain name.matt_62 thnx for your reply and it was my wrong decision of purchasing it. thanks triggerman too for your replly.

There's no mystery here. Before you registered enlik.com, nobody was interested enough in "enlik"s to bother registering enlik.com. So why, after you registered the domain, would you expect that someone would become so interested in "enlik"s that they would offer you $80 for it? Nothing has changed between then and now. Perhaps you should aggressively market enlik.com to all the people who currently sell "enlik"s. They'd probably love to have the domain. ... Or if there are no such people, then perhaps there are no buyers in the world for the domain you own.

Everybody makes mistakes like this -- myself included. Let the domain go, and do more research. If this leaves a sour taste in your mouth, then I humbly suggest that domain investing may be very unpleasant, since the risks are high and the work required is substantial.

Its a short domain, so install a free URL shortening script and let it run for some time and let it catch some reputation, then sell it.
