Hi all pls take a look at www.awinsjclarke.com

Why my blog has not changed in PR? Is it penalised? How do I get a PR for the blog?

Also PR only gets updated 3-4 times a year. And we are due an update within a month so start getting those links and you'll see a ranking soon. :)

Keep in mind that it's just the Toolbar PageRank data that gets updated every 3-4 months. Google's internal PageRank data, which is what they use for ranking, is updated continuously as they crawl the web.

Dont bother with the PR, you should concentrate on getting traffic to you blog. PR dosent bring visitors or sales ( only if you are thinking of selling PR outbound links, and if you do so then G take the PR away...)

    How old is your blog?

If its a new site, then I suggest you build some strong and relevant backlinks plus wait. Backlinks are the only way to get good PR.

Do not focus on the number of links :) Tons of crap links is nothing compare to a single link from authority sites. Since it is reach in content, continue to build relevant links that are related to your site niche and wait for the next update.

According to what I'm seeing, you have plenty of backlinks. Your keyword density looks pretty good. I think the only thing that wuold make a difference in your case is time. Length of registration of your domain name, and length of time that you've had some content up.
