    Probably because you're not from the USA (or wherever the advertiser wants you to be from).

    If you believe that your site would bring in sales/leads for the advertiser, then email the advertiser's affiliate manager and explain to them that your website is targeted towards their audience.

    i am getting that error when i click add this program.

    But it is very nonsensical for hosting companies. Becasuse they can sell to all country.

    digitalseven it is not in error. I am glad that some merchants do this, prevents alot of stuff. Another reason merchants auto deny is your categories are wrong, your new, your epc is too low what have you if you would like to use the merchant email them explain how you will promote them show them your website and let them make a decision based on that. If you don't have access to the contact info for that site ask here for the info, but you should be able to email them using cj's email system.
    And it is not nonsensical for " Hosting Companies" these types of companies are a easy target for fraud.

    You can get the contact details from CJ website.

    Remember this, for any affiliate,CPA network if your application gets rejected, the best thing is to contact them directly. When you contact them over the phone, somewhat they tend to trust you and approve your application.

    This is my personal experience.
