    Hi
I started my ad words account a day ago,and it has been banned permanently. No specific reason has been given for the termination. Is there any way to know for what reasons my account was banned.
    Please advice.
    Thanks

Credit card issues? Non-relevant keywords, bad on site SEO practices such as hiding content? Could be many things, I'd get in contact with Google and ask for an explanation.

They don't ban for non-relevant keywords. You just get a poor QS.

    Read the TOS and guidelines.

Maybe you've tried to open many different accounts.

yes, i got an answer from google. They said that the problem is the with the website of the affiliate product. You cannot promote that product as it is not a good one.
But it is a hit on the click bank.
its so strange to know that.

It doesn't matter if the product is a hit on CB. Google has their rules. One that many get hit is for misleading and inaccurate claims. If a site says you'll earn a specific amount of money in a specific time, that's misleading and inaccurate. It's called hype and you can't have it on your landing page.

Nothing to do with promoting an affiliate product. Of course, the affiliate's page you use must follow Google's rules. So if you promote affiliates through Adwords, make sure the LP follows all of them.

Your site content is inappropriate, read the guidelines before you do anything. They do not ban for keyword relevancy.

Just because a lot of people think that's the reason, doesn't make it so. People have been saying that for years. In fact, Google doesn't mind affiliates as long as the rules are followed.

It actually happens to a friend's account late last year. She was banned. She promotes only Clickbank and avoid those with exit pops. It has nothing to do with landing pages quality as she is direct linking and get high scores. There was no explanation given and we can only guess it has something to do with Clickbank.

I think we strive to educate our advertisers about advertising best practices, and to provide extensive information about our policies regarding advertising policies, ad quality, and approvals. The vast majority of our advertisers try to provide good user experiences through the sites they promote.
However, Google will do its best to remove from the AdWords program those advertisers who choose to ignore our policies and guidelines and instead promote websites that create poor, or even harmful, user experiences.

The guidelines clearly state that pop-ups are not allowed. Your friend was smart to avoid those, although I guess not smart enough if she was banned presumably for other offenses. Also, even if a site does comply today, does not mean it will comply tomorrow. Sites do change and those changes can impact Adwords rules.

There's a misconception about landing page quality. I admit part of the confusion is because of the term Google uses. It has nothing to do with how good a page looks. It simply refers to whether all the rules are being followed or not. Maybe they should rename this landing page compliance. As the previous poster says, Google simply will not tolerate advertisers breaking or bending their rules. They are protecting their brand.
