Why My Adsense ads Does not appear in my site? "Nice Question"

    Hell all dp members! i have been doing blog around 2 years and my own adsense account could use it to generate ads code and it is nicely appear in the site. But i wonder why other's ads which i just copy his PUB-id and paste it in my site, it cant appear. It look like this

    Is it because it has different slot which is not match to the google script?

    I think it has something to do with the ad slot.

    How if i want to insert someone ads into my site but i only have his pub id? Will i be able to do without slot?
