    You need to add some minimum funds to your account before you can use your promotion code credits.

    also if the yccount is new they are checking account info.. it takes 2 or 3 days

    You don't need to spend a cent. But you do need to provide billing information before your ads will even start running.

    Google AdWords will check your payments before running your ads. Some keywords cannot appear with promotion code.

    we are user of adwords of google, and there isn't good effective for our website, but we think it need time to accumulate. so you can inquire some service on google for more knowlegle.

    Correct, you don't have to spend any money to make use of the voucher first, but if you have chosen your payment method as pre-pay, you'll have to make a payment to the account first. If you have chosen your payment method as post pay, you have to load a credit card in there first before your ads will start running.

    chose another keywords not important for google and use them in your account. it will be run .
