when i check it using the advanced reports option, it is showing correctly but if i choose the option of since last payment, there is some deduction, and i noticed that there is a complete omission of certain channels while using this option and hence the amount is shown as deduction, hope they rectify this mistake soon. Edit: But still there were some minor deductions which I noticed later, no idea why, hope google clears the air soon.
The same applies to me. Using advanced reports for different periods of time and adding them up gives you the real earned amount in your account. But the amount shown "from last payment" is decreased and doesn't add up! There is also a glitch with some channel reporting. I do not have much hope that Google will correct this, since such mistake is entirely in their financial favor and publishers cannot claim anything and have no recourse whatsoever!LOL!
I think Google just released some official announcement. Finally. According to its known issues page: June 22, 2009: The amount displayed when you generate a 'Since last payment' report is currently incorrect, but our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please be assured that this is only a display issue, and that you're being properly credited for your earnings. Work-around: In the meantime, you can still calculate how much you've generated since your last payment. Generate an Advanced Report for your earnings from the current month and then add the total unpaid balance listed on your Payment History page. Thanks for your patience as we work to resolve this issue. This could be down to click quality/correction - Sometimes they refund advertisers if certain parameters have been breached - Maybe your traffic suddenly had a peak from a 'low revenue' country etc.
it was extra-bonus-day at google, so they pressed "steal 5% from all accounts" button to buy a new ferrari for all the managers... nothing we can do about it.
That issue is very common there are many reports about that. Invalid Clicks, they may never consider that.
From the same type of trouble, I have this problem with amount that is still outstanding. for instance i have 75.00 from may and then i have 90.00 from June which is still about 6 more days before the end of the month. And the last p[Aymer I got is from April. Now the amount showing form last payment is 112.00... Is that strange or something happens to the other clicks? But then, it clearly states that May is 75.00 plus my June earnings that say like 90.00, then it should be 165.00 total outstanding, right? Does it happen to you guys? Thanks JulieV
Google , Adsense and everything they do SUCK! We have no choice but to bow to this master because there are no one else. It is ony a matter of time before you won't need developers anymore. Google has already and steadily continues to monopolize the entire internet including webdesign.
better u cancel u account and open a new account bcoz google reduced that earnings as a invalid click earnings

Dude don't cancel your account. It could be temporary issue. You can't do anything about what Google did and complaining to them will not help much. Just remain positive and try to earn more to recover this loss. Good luck.
