why my account get limited every time ?

hi friends

i need suggestion and also tell me that why only me and only me have this problem or might be many users are facing same problem that is , when ever i use my pp account after 10 days they make my account limited by saying that some transactions are under paypal investigation.

What to H@LL is this ??????

I am fed up ...

Ask THEM why.
Don't use proxies to log in.
Don't have many accounts there.
Use your real info.
Dont do anything illegal.
Don't worry just follow what they say.
Use another PP service.

 

Typically this do not happen to people but it might be something to do with you, your products or the people you deal with.

Maybe if you could provide more information, the lot of us may have more clues as to what is plaguing your problem.

Is your paypal account verified properly with a bank issued Credit Card? Are you using a Premier/Business account ? Are you using your own details when you signed up ? Are you accessing your account from a paypal supported country ? Are you using the Paypal Merchant services, ie Buy Now button, Request Money, Paypal Invoicing System to get money from your customers ? Are you complying to the acceptable usage policy ?

When they limit your account, what did the email say the reason for the limitation is ?

 

My account is properly verified, i have also added bank account, credit card and i am using premium account. Also i have filled my own details in the form during sign up, and paypal is supported in my country, and i dont request money. i am a domaineer so i get daily transactions, like i send and recieve money daily so the paypal says that we have opened an investigation with you transactions, so show the proof what type of transaction it was.

Actually we dont write any thing in subject or any message during sending money, is that a prob ?

If I do not know who you are, it does appear that you are engaging in money laundering. The more you try to hide any details about the transaction, ie no subject or no message, it would definitely look like you are trying to hide the intend of the money exchanges.

Remember, never ask your customers to use the 'Send Money' option in Paypal, it is not reserved for sales transactions. Do it the right way by using either 'Create Money Request' or 'Create An Invoice' option under 'Request Money' and then provide as many details as possible about the transaction so disperse any doubts.

 

Give your original documents like passport & utility bill copy if u want a genuine account and for sure u wont get limited again unless u do fraud..

my paypal is indian paypal verified by CC and have a back account added but still i got limited 2 times and so it angers me as well and i contant paypal. then paypal told me that different IP's login to my account. when I check, i found that my ISP use proxy. so I contant paypal account and explain them that my ISP use proxy and so everytime I login, my web IP change and paypal now stopped limiting my account. from 9 months I haven't got limited even i login to my account from my sisiter's computer where she have a different ISP... so i think you need to contant paypal directly and after one week they will tell you what is the reason you get limited for.... normally paypal limited account when the IP change all the time or when you receieve fund from suspecious peoples... also it depends on the products you sell....

Usually also that the address provided need to be verified. Maybe that's the problem.

U should add bank account and withdraw it 2-3 times and they won't limit your account.

 

Just send them the document they ask for.
And tell them that the transaction is all legit

Paypal heavily monitors all new accounts during the first 60 days. If they limited your account, I suppose there's the possibility that it's a mistake on their behalf, however they typically have a pretty good reason for doing so in most cases. Where are you located? If you're in the states, you could try propay.com. Yet another solution is 2CO.com

Hopefully that will be sufficient. My recommendation for anyone using any processor is to try and get your buyers to fax you a signed authorization for whatever it is your selling; especially when it comes to virtual services/products.

 

Hello friends i am glad to tell that i have regained my account access ! i provided full proof of documents and they removed limitation.

Now please tell that is it possible to get account access limite again ??????/

 

they can trace your IP they want you to fix all those accounts first.

 

I have only one account now and in that the limitation has been removed. now i will use only one.

 

I have two accounts and I think that calling paypal can really help you. I frequently e-mailing them on my account as well and am glad I got not limited then there might be some problems with your payers or clients accounts and also just have correct or legitimate account which means write the correct information about you...
