Dude, it really up to you if you want to get married or stay as bachelor.... it really a matter of choice... be sure you're ready to commit into this whole new level of relationship... think about this dude if ever you and your wife gets married and you learn that you're really not ready then the child you will bore(actually it's the mom not you ) will suffer and end up in broken marriages... decisions is the hardest part in our lives in my opinion...

When we procreate we don't expect the child to be like us (exact copies) but we would will an offspring who is far more advanced than us. Most in here, will not agree but this is the sub-conscious mind of every human.

What we didn't get or achieve is what we want our children to have and do.

What if we marry the woman who has less smarter genes?

This is why we must promote cloning. A phase where everything in the offspring can be programmed, even their way of thinking to abstain from doing evil etc.

In all my life, I have only seen bookwormish women or those that are too dumb. They never think on their own and they are not street smart, atleast here in India, I hope. And whenever they opened their mouth it was all stupidity and gossip.

IF you want to marry, then you must be lucky or wait till 35 or better still wait for the approval of human cloning.

imo the act of marriage is a two fold thing. One it achieves political and religious recognition of a union. This level unfortunately has several real world effects, I think on a personal level it is (hopefully) almost entirely meaningless (it has religious meaning, essentially 0 spiritual meaning)
Then there is the declaration of a union in front of the entire world. The effects of this declaration could be very profound (spiritually). As evidenced by the outrageous divorce rate in NA one could conclude that aspect of marriage has become not particularly meaningful, or spiritual bereftness, blah, blah, blah.
Wasn't the original question (I go off on tangents sometimes) "why would a man marry"?
Because he wants to?
Why wouldn't a man marry? Because he doesn't want to.

 

With increased responsibilities and commitment, many couples avoid marriage and go for live-in relationships.......it's a very individual choice when it comes to marriage.
