Why make those sale, landing or squeeze pages when you can just make a good site and just promote that and have an optin form in there to build you list. Don't lot of people hate sales pages and all those kinds of sites. Like they look at it and leave. I always see nice websites in google and not those squeeze pages. Why not just promote your website/blog and have link in there to other places u like to earn some commissions?
well i use squeeze pages...do you want to know why? Because They WORK!!! If it works for someone why not use it.
It depends really If your trying to get commission for an item/program related to your website though or if its a random item. If I have a website about dogs and I find that I can make 75% commission on a special type of cat food than I'm out of luck right ?

If you think about it, when you say "so many people don't like squeeze pages" you are talking about yourself and other marketers. You are not talking about "normal" people. A well designed squeeze page will out perform a sales page any day of the week. You must know who your audience is and what "cycle" they are in. For example, are they just in the research cycle or have they already done their research and now want to buy? The cycle they are in requires a different type of page. The mistake many people make is that they try to use the same page for both.
Actually, yes, I am. As an advertiser, and having much more experience, along with talking to people over the years, and visiting boards with more experienced webmasters, many people do not like them. Hell, some feel a little annoyed that they have to give their e-mail address, just so they can enter the site to read more. Just because a webmaster gets a couple of sales now and then does not mean it is a success. Not when so many back out, thus losing so many potential sales. Even when I was young, dumb and full of cum I wouldn't be stupid enough to build a page with so little info where over half (roughly)would back out. All a webmaster has to do is to simply look at his stats to see so many visitors not going past the first page. Then add on another fact that there are some who give a fake e-mail address; they will type in random crap. Like, .
