You're missing something... our justice system is the best in the world (I guess that could be opinion...)... when it comes to fairness and freedom. Our jurors (which actually decide guilty/innocent) are generally random people selected in a queue, and are questioned so they are completely unrelated to any part of the case.
Actually, if Yo-yo wanted to make a better arguement he'd say our economic sanctions were far worse than this whole war. Millions of people died due to them...mostly children.
