Hello All, Please give me favorable answer for my question. Why it is compulsory for your home or office computer in the direction of includes a static IP address if it is to be set up for remote desktop?
It is not compulsory to have a static IP for remote desktop, you can even do it with dynamic IP if you know your current IP address. (Dynamic IP will change frequently depending on the server conf.)
Or you can use a third party like Hamachi. I used to use UltraVNC + Hamachi all the time, it worked perfectly, and I've never had a static IP.
Use Real VNC to connect to a remote computer with a dynamic IP address. On the other hand static Ip address is used when we connect two computers to control them through a Server.
