Why isn't this site banned?

I have tried to be very careful about where I put my adwords, then I see dumpalink.com putting adwords on pages with video (against TOS) as well as video with very graphic adult content (against TOS).

Why is this allowed? Is it because they generate lots of traffic? If my site generates lots of traffic, will google look the other way?

I just wondered if I was missing something, or if google was easing up on TOS enforcement. If I could put adwords of a video site, I'd do it without question....

Just that people after getting an adsense account, just start sticking the code on any type of site.
Easiest way if you run across such a site, is to click on the "ads by gooooogle" and report the site.

Remember, just because a site has adsense on in, does not mean you can do the same.

I don't think dumpalink.com just tuck the ads in there. I have seen the ads there for a few weeks now. With 700 million users per day they must be cleaning up with google ads.....

I don't want to spoil the party, I just want in.....

Maybe a little blackmail for a free link and some traffic would work?

If you have to question your intentions about doing something your best bet would be to ask (Google in this case). The worst thing that could happen is for them to say no. If they do say yes, you'll have some documentation supporting this.

You can ignore this advice and play Russian Roulette with your account if you want. Don't say you haven't been warned.

Get the amount of traffic of this site and you'll become a different kind of publisher to google. I have seen many other sites some even with illegal downloads, but the constant here is they always have huge amounts of traffic and google don't ban them, as for any illegal stuff they have disclaimers and other legal documents on the sites to get covered.

By one of those people I assume you mean one of those people who take their livelyhood seriously and are not playing little kids games.

Report them to Google and let them deal with it. That is the most effective way to deal with any site you think is violating the TOS.

Some sites with a huge volume of traffic have different rules than everyone else. That being said, go ahead and let google know. As I said, they are the only ones properly equipped to determine if their rules are being violated.
