Why isnt my site ranking? Can someone look at the code

hi guys

I am new to wordpress, and added my OWN SEO code which usually gets me ranked in google with my NORMAL sites.

Not sure what im doing wrong - can someone see anything missing or done wrong

my guess would be a lack of actual content, also check your robots.txt could it could be blocking any url starting with ? as in ?attachment

Before we can asses why it is not ranking, When did you launch the site? Also read up on robots.txt here: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=156449

 

well the url has been live for over a week in regular HTML format - but i thought i would change it wordpress to see if ranking is easier..usually by now i get it ranked..so thats why i tried wordpress..

 

try directory submission or it maybe just as you changed software and google still needs to index your site. Could take some time. My new blog about browser based games review was indexed in the first 2 days, while my other blog that was recently sold was indexed in a week. Big difference!
