    A lot of possibilities.
    1. Domain is banned.
    2. If you are refering to wordpress, please double check the htaccess whether you allow spiders to index your blog?
    3. The database of google.com is on an older status as the local databases.

    Put the url into your signature or submit partially of the articles to digg will do the trick.

    No you won't be banned for using Flash navigation, but Google won't read the content. His main site is indexed well, but because he is linking to the blog with Flash Google isn't following the blog link to index it.

    All he has to do is replicate his Flash menu links using plain text links, and his blog will come good.
