Why isn't Maps.Live good at figuring out addresses?

Anyone else find this annoying?

I love the 'birds eye' view over at maps.live.com but I find that compared to Google maps, it can't always figure out addresses that aren't perfect whereas Google just takes me right to the address. I'm looking at real estate ads, so sometimes the addresses have slight issues like Rd instead of St.

 

Cuz Microsoft doesn't have street view cars!

 

Well , i think its because Google is slightly better off than Maps.Live.

Use google instead, why spend time on something you cant use it properly.

 

Live tries to be an all in one. While Google is very good at maps. Also, People have been using google maps for over 10 years and live for only 2 or 3 years.

 

Yea google maps has been around longer than live maps so I guess thats why.

 

maps.live.com is way better than gmaps, the only reason why people use gmaps is cuz its been a lot popular than livemaps

 

I think you are wrong , google is way more better in Maps and also with Google Earth.
