Why is Yahoo Search Marketing better than Google?

I am trying to learn more about Yahoo Search Marketing for an interview. Can you guys help me? I want to know how and why it is different and/or better than Google.

2. target only USA, recently intorudced to some asian regions....

but terms of traffic giant google holds first.
