I noticed in my analytics that my websites get the most traffic for the state California. Maybe it's because my server's in CA, but how can I spread it across the united states?

my site server is in Canada, but i have traffic from many regions, may be you are promoting there, where usually ppl from California visit. Promote your site at some global forums, which have members from multiple countries, do exchange links and banner at sites from many countries,. It will help you ;)

If you are getting 80% of ur traffic, it cant be just bcus of server location. Whats ur niche? Does your site has a niche that is more relevant in CA.. e.g. say farming, Wine Manufacturing etc...

It depends on lot of things really. If its a local business to CA, if its listed on Google map etc etc. I would guess this is just a coincidence.
