To promote my blog, i am doing almost possible knowledge and get a traffic but instead of regular content updating and SEO, i am not able to get Unique visitors of 10-20 per day. Try removing the advertisement from the top of your blog. The one right above your posts. It makes me feel like you're just trying to make money with the ads, i.e having too many ad blocks. Yugo,
It took ages to load. It's written in broken English and reads really badly, and having looked at it, I've got no idea what keywords you're trying to target - and neither will a search engine. Your url gives no clue as to what the blog is about, there's no consistency in titles - I can't begin to imagine what search query someone would type in and expect to find that blog.
Your Text color with your background color just hurts the eyes. There's no sense of SEO in your blog considering the page title, URL, backlinks, etc.. Try optimizing the load time and add more content. At this point of time i believe only referral traffic is possible since like the above poster said, even i can't imagine any keyword worth targeting.
And from the bottom and sidebar too. How much do you want to earn from 10-20 visitors daily? Make the text smaller, it's hard to read. Advertise your blog on RELEVANT sites. You always can BUY or TRADE links for higher PR. The higher your PageRank is, the more visitors you'll get.

Do social bookmarking (digg, reddit, mixx, delicious, furl, propeller, slashdot) and networking (facebook, myspace, twitter) as well. Both of these techniques helps generate traffic.
