Why is this so..?

    Why to be able to post in by/sell section it is necessary a previous amount of posts in other places..? isn't it by/sell section..?

    sure i can't do anything else except following the rules :) but i still am confused why it is so.. i mean, nothing can be stopped with that, the ban will be in function as a protection, and on the other hand, this kind of forum, probably one of the most visited on internet doesn't need flood..
