Why is this site ranked high?

Can somebody tell me why is this site http://easycasinoprofits.com ranked first for great keyword as "roulette strategy" is?
no many backlink, not a lot content?

Content is important and targeted keywords.
These one page sites are usually for selling purposes only.

well i think its bcoz of decent links are supporting the ranked keywords.

 

And On Page optimization isnt dead. There is ok prominence and good use of keywords in title tags.
